職責(zé)描述:
工作內(nèi)容:
本地支持
branch support
進(jìn)行日常硬件設(shè)備維護(hù)工作,軟件安裝、卸載及問題處理;
support daily hardware maintenance, software installation, uninstall and troubleshooting.
2、協(xié)助終端用戶的技術(shù)支持工作;
assistance for end user technical support.
3、提供電腦及it設(shè)備的支持服務(wù);
provide end user pc and it equipment support services.
4、實(shí)時(shí)響應(yīng)及處理終端用戶的問題和服務(wù)請(qǐng)求;
respond and handle end user question and service request in real-time.
5、管理各類軟硬件及固定資產(chǎn)的維護(hù);
manage all kinds of hardware and software, as well as inventory maintenance.
6、協(xié)助維護(hù)服務(wù)器、電話語音系統(tǒng)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)及安全系統(tǒng)或其它it設(shè)備;
assist in server maintenance, voice system, network and security system or other it equipment.
7、遵照公司事件管理、問題管理、變更管理和信息安全政策執(zhí)行信息技術(shù)支持服務(wù);
to provide it support service comply with company incident, problem, change management and information security policies requirement.
8、負(fù)責(zé)定期對(duì)硬件基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的晨檢、巡檢及事故上報(bào);
responsible for regular morning check and on-site inspection of hardware infrastructure and accident report.
9、協(xié)助數(shù)據(jù)備份及介質(zhì)管理;
assist in data backup and backup media management(including both onsite and offsite backup tapes).
10、協(xié)助本地it項(xiàng)目的部署和實(shí)施;
assist in local it project deployment and implementation.
11、提供本地應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)的技術(shù)支持,以及銀行內(nèi)部系統(tǒng)的搭建、安裝、測(cè)試;
provide technical support services to local application system, as well as internal systems roll out, installation and test.
12、與各部門協(xié)作各項(xiàng)工作;
well coordination work with various departments in the bank.
13、將問題重新定位到適當(dāng)?shù)馁Y源;
to identify the problem and assign to appropriate support team/resource.
14、信息技術(shù)設(shè)備的庫存管理;
it equipment inventory management.
15、協(xié)助公司員工進(jìn)行本地監(jiān)管應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)的用戶帳戶管理,包括用戶帳戶創(chuàng)建,解鎖,密碼重置,權(quán)限修改,刪除,定期用戶帳戶和授權(quán)批復(fù)列表再認(rèn)證等工作;
support company staff for user id administration work for local banking system including user id create, unlock, password reset, profile modification, delete, regular id and approver matri_ recertification and enquiry service.
崗位要求:
- 供應(yīng)商服務(wù)必須遵守cbrc it外包風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理指南;
- 英語書面ok,口語能力可以略微放寬
- 2年左右的相關(guān)銀行行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn);具有團(tuán)隊(duì)主管經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先考慮
- 對(duì)工作具有高度的熱情;
- 具有獨(dú)立完成工作的能力;
- 具有高度容忍度;
- 無重大操作失誤;
- 熟悉終端用戶支持;

職責(zé)描述:
duties & responsibilities:
trade platform users technical setup (for china only)
·migration and setup users in trade platforms
·work with project team in users migration , project progress and status tracking
·ongoing technical issue management and resolution
client servicing
·communicate with users on migration to new platform
·e_ecution of documentation
·handling users inquiries, routing and tracking of user’s inquiries to all appropriate parties
·user training
·distribution of token to users
·tracking and management of token
·work closely with project team in user migration , project progress and status tracking
