第1篇 釬焊工崗位職責(zé)
1、根據(jù)焊接工藝指導(dǎo)書(shū),選擇合適的焊接工藝和原材料,進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品零件、設(shè)備的焊接;
2、進(jìn)行焊條烘干、零件預(yù)熱,焊渣清除,必要時(shí)進(jìn)行焊后熱處理,并做好焊接記錄,確保焊接質(zhì)量;
3、焊接完成后,檢驗(yàn)夾渣、未焊透現(xiàn)象,及時(shí)進(jìn)行補(bǔ)焊、重焊;
4、定期對(duì)焊機(jī)、箱式爐、烘干爐進(jìn)行維護(hù)保養(yǎng),獨(dú)立或配合其他人完成焊接設(shè)備的維修。

職責(zé)描述:
1) reviewing and modifying material specification and supervising laboratory to evaluate and confirm the physical and chemical specification of raw material including cladded sheet and aluminum coils, bars and so on; communicating with suppliers regarding the material quality problems;
2) validation low pressure and medium pressure cores, analyses the conception of cores;
3) validation of technical drawings from french and chinese design department;
4) validating design at early stage. follow-up and test cores with new designs.
5) preparing/reviewing the sketch of stacking and brazing layers;
6) when it is necessary, responsible for designing tools and fi_tures to fi_ the parts while it is brazing; calculating, reviewing compression data for each core before brazing and managing spring data.
7) defining, reviewing and updating the standard operation procedures of stacking and brazing, preparing, reviewing and updating the brazing parameters, such as cold/heating vacuum level, heating up time, stabilization time, brazing time and cooling time; setting up and improving the layout for thermocouples; optimizing the brazing cycles and working on the continuously improve the brazing process.
8) following-up and validating quality of operation before brazing; involving in brazing quality problem analyzing and proposing actions to improve the brazing quality;
9) supporting brazing/stacking supervisor the technical aspects during the daily working; supervising and monitoring the furnaces working parameters to ensure the sops are strictly followed; assisting the brazers to solve technical problems during brazing;
