(一)部門職責

1.營銷需求計劃執(zhí)行

根據(jù)供應(yīng)鏈管理部提供的營銷需求計劃，合理制定生產(chǎn)部門日排產(chǎn)計劃，負責打碼作業(yè)，并協(xié)助與監(jiān)督生產(chǎn)部門保質(zhì)保量完成任務(wù)。

2.制定生產(chǎn)報表、工作月報、工資計算

2.1建立生產(chǎn)報表，每日與erp系統(tǒng)核對，確保數(shù)據(jù)真實準確。

2.2每月4日前完成生產(chǎn)部門上個月度工作月報。

2.3每月4日前完成生產(chǎn)部門上個月度工資計算，并及時核對，確保工資金額的正確性。

2.4參與生產(chǎn)部門工資方案的商討。

3.生產(chǎn)成本核算與管控

3.1負責根據(jù)公司經(jīng)營管理目標，按照目標管理的原則進行逐層分解，分析生產(chǎn)部門中各類消耗，制定合理的生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營管控目標，以確保公司經(jīng)營目標的達成。

1.1負責根據(jù)公司經(jīng)營需求，制定生產(chǎn)協(xié)調(diào)部相關(guān)管理制度，不斷更新及完善制度架構(gòu)，確保部門管理水平符合公司經(jīng)營需求。
