我深刻的認識到那是錯誤的行為。首先經(jīng)過這次領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的批評我認識到開會遲到本身就是不重視代為規(guī)定的表現(xiàn)，我這種行為在單位能造成及其壞的影響，破壞單位的形象。同事之間本應(yīng)該互相學(xué)習(xí)，互相促進，而我的這種表現(xiàn)，卻是給同事們帶了一個壞頭。如果干工作也這樣，社區(qū)的人也會認為這是一個沒有規(guī)章制度的單位，不但影響單位象，也會影響自己的前途。這不但對領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和同事造成了一定時間上的損失，而且也十分的不利于我自己未來的人生的發(fā)展，當然遲到并不是正真問題的所在關(guān)鍵是，從這件事情也反映了一個人的素質(zhì)和品質(zhì)。

因為社會不是學(xué)校，既然走到了社會，參加了工作，我也不能像在學(xué)校馬馬虎虎，不能不把事情不放在心上，這是態(tài)度與思想的問題。沒有把問題放在心上就不可能把事情做好，就會影響到自己的工作，是對時間沒有觀念。

曾經(jīng)有人問比爾蓋茨，假如地上有一百美元，你會去撿嗎?他十分堅定的說，不會，因為在我撿錢的那俺一瞬間，我已經(jīng)賺了100萬美元我想，撿錢的一瞬間才多久?就能賺100萬美元，那么五分鐘呢?能賺多少?

而假如浪費了這五分鐘，所損失的是什么啊，是我們無法估量!!五分鐘、五分鐘啊!!我對我個人犯下的這個錯誤感到后悔與遺憾。
