i am chen qian, who is a financial assistant to your company in the afternoon of july 24th. thank you very much for giving me this interview! it's a pleasure to meet you. it's been a pleasant and productive experience to talk to you.
i got a great deal in this conversation. in answering your questions about the gap between planned goals and actual goals in career planning, i realized that standards need to be quantified and detailed. although i have always asked myself to be a man and pay attention to details, but this conversation has given me new requirements for details, which is to quantify as much as possible, and try hard to follow the rules. to answer your questions about erp and ufida kingdee software is different, i'm back summary self discovery thinking limitations in different thinking, two kinds of software in which i study at that time is not comparable. because i learned to use the uf erp software is the latest version of the time, and kingdee software is a few years ago version. after that, i searched the internet for information about the two software, and still couldn't make a conclusion about these differences. in fact, only from the perspective of learning, i personally think it should be the same, because i first study the financial software uf erp-u8, after learning other software including the use of financial software practice units do not need what training, function setting and operation are not what great difference. finally, i find the limitations of self learning in regard to what kind of business erp is suitable for. learning software, skilled operation can reach the goal of learning, but to master other knowledge of software is a kind of individual core competitiveness, as to bring value-added services is one of the core competitiveness of your company, with which others do not have the knowledge and skills is a real competitive force.

1.重申你的經(jīng)驗、能力和取得的成績
你可能要說:“這些我都在面試上說過了,還要再說一遍?不啰嗦嗎?我可不要做祥林嫂。”這種想法就錯啦!并不是每個面試官都聽清了你說的每一個字,即使他們聽清了,統(tǒng)統(tǒng)記住的概率又能有多大呢?再說了,我們也不能排除里面有開小差的面試官,他指不定在想:“完了,老婆生氣了,要怎么哄呢?頭疼!”僑報網(wǎng)蘇小編說了那么多,無非是想讓大家知道,把你的經(jīng)驗、能力和已取得的成績再說一遍,是非常有必要的。這個“重申”也要講技巧,舉例就比單純的復述要有效果。舉例告訴招聘經(jīng)理,是什么樣的優(yōu)勢讓你比別人更適合這個職位。
在你使勁“忽悠”的過程中,不要提及與這份工作、這個職位無關的東西。如果你面試的是一份銷售的職位,只需要介紹你在銷售領域的經(jīng)驗,而沒必要說你是一個十分夠格的會計師。
2.補充你的面試回答
覺得面試中的回答不夠完整?沒關系,這封感謝信就為你提供了一個彌補的機會。在感謝信中,你可以選擇擴充你的面試回答,或者提供額外的.你希望公司知道的信息。但是,務必要保持簡潔和特定性。
如果你覺得沒有回答好某個問題或者在當時不知道怎么說,你可以在感謝信中提及。比如,你可以說:“you asked about my experience in the middle east region, and i forgotto mention that i did this research project on…(您問我在中東領域方面的經(jīng)驗,我忘了說我曾經(jīng)做過一個項目是關于……)”
感謝信還為你提供了一個絕妙的機會,為你的面試官提供任何你在面試中提到的項目、故事或者網(wǎng)站的鏈接。
3.分享想法
告訴你的面試官你會如何解決某個難題,克服某個困難,或者如果應對公司正面臨的挑戰(zhàn)。這能證明你深刻透徹地了解雇主的目標,想他人所想,并且時刻準備著加入他們的陣營,與他們一起并肩戰(zhàn)斗。
“這樣會讓人產(chǎn)生這樣的想法:‘哇塞,這家伙真的對我們公司很感興趣耶!ta確實認真地聽我說話,而且有了不錯的主意!’”埃尼洛說。她建議采取直截了當?shù)淖龇?,比如:“i was thinking about the issue you’re having around your new productlaunch, and i might offer the following suggestions…(我一直在思考關于你的新產(chǎn)品面世所面對的問題,我可能會提出以下的建議……)”
4.搞定任何潛在的反對意見
不管是面試官口頭上提出的反對,或者是你神奇的第六感感知到的,永遠搶先一步,消除雇主任何的顧慮。埃尼洛說:“也許你知道如何使用三種不同的金融軟件系統(tǒng),但是,對應聘公司所使用的軟件卻不熟悉。你可以這么寫:‘forthe past 15 years, i’ve used a number of different financial managementsoftware packages, and i’m sure it won t take me any time to get up to speedwith yours[在過去的15年里,我熟練使用了各種不同的金融軟件,我肯定,不需要多久我也可以掌握您使用的軟件]?!?/p>
5.積極主動
不管是感謝郵件,還是手寫的感謝信,收尾部分必要顯示你積極主動的態(tài)度。不要寫得含含糊糊,而要直截了當,畢竟這不是隨筆或者散文,而是一封為了搞定工作的感謝信。埃尼洛建議說:“永遠包含一個行動。”例如,你的應聘公司仍然在需找其他的應聘者,你可以說:“i understand that you’re interviewing other applicants, but i will becertain to follow up in two weeks because i’m particularly interested in thisopportunity(我非常理解您還在面試其他的應聘者,但是我肯定會繼續(xù)跟進兩周,因為我對這個幾乎特別感興趣)。
無論你申請的是什么職位,或者你選擇在感謝信里包含什么內(nèi)容,一定要保持文字的簡潔和禮貌。
感謝信和跟進郵件什么時候發(fā)?
1.面試當天或者第2天早上
面試結束后,立馬做一個面試小結:順利的環(huán)節(jié)或者不順利的環(huán)節(jié)、你的優(yōu)勢及面試官的相關點評等。這些內(nèi)容可以幫助你起草一份有實質內(nèi)容的感謝信。根據(jù)上述5點,寫好感謝信,確保感謝信里沒有任何類似拼寫錯誤這類的低級錯誤,然后在當天或者第2天早上發(fā)送出去。
如果招聘經(jīng)理提供了一份時間表,上面會明確標明下一輪面試的時間。到達那個時間點,你可以再發(fā)送一封跟進郵件(不要讓人覺得你很煩)。如果你沒有這份時間表,如果你仍然沒有得到任何回應,在面試后的第10-14天內(nèi)發(fā)送第2封跟進郵件。
