第1篇 項目工程師/ 設計經理崗位職責描述崗位要求

職責描述:
1、在技術中心經理/項目經理的領導下,根據(jù)項目整體建造計劃需求,編制設計策劃和設計計劃,并進行跟蹤管理,準備項目開展所必要的技術文件資料。
2、完成項目的合同及其相關文件技術內容研究細化工作,參加合同技術談判,組織分析合同文件中存在的技術問題,并進行澄清。
3、協(xié)調解決跨專業(yè)的設計問題,及時發(fā)現(xiàn)并解決相互制約因素。
4、根據(jù)公司體系文件,審批本項目設計人員下發(fā)的設計文件,跟蹤設備認可資料的收集與流轉狀態(tài)。管理完工設計文件及資料的狀態(tài),并及時向船東提交。
5、組織技術問題/工藝的交底,協(xié)調項目過程中的技術咨詢、技術服務和技術評估工作。
6、參加或組織項目現(xiàn)場調度會,協(xié)調解決現(xiàn)場施工過程中發(fā)現(xiàn)的技術問題,跟蹤現(xiàn)場問題的處理進度。
7、根據(jù)項目設計計劃需求,跟蹤船東、船檢的退審進度,確保滿足項目進度要求。
8、與相關單位(船東、船級社、設計公司等)的技術溝通,協(xié)調解決各方問題。
職位要求:
1、30-45歲, 本科及以上學歷,船舶相關專業(yè);
2、較好的英語聽說讀寫能力,可以熟練使用辦公軟件、cad。
3、五年以上工作經驗,完整參與過一個設計項目,有topside設計管理經驗優(yōu)先考慮, 有pmp證書先考慮。
4、具有良好的溝通能力,具備較強的專業(yè)界面知識,如同工藝、儀表、管道、電氣等專業(yè)的交接界面知識,有船舶設計項目的管理、溝通協(xié)調工作經營的優(yōu)先考慮。
第2篇 global proposal & project engineer marine systems 方案與項目工程師 – 船舶系統(tǒng)崗位職責描述崗位要求
職位描述:
your mission
to develop, maintain and continuously improve a clear technical proposal structure through working with global marketing and sales teams for all technical proposals and to ultimately contribute to profitable sales of capital equipment through structured method of proposal requests submitted duly checked, created and recorded, for local & e_port market.
to use technical and engineering knowledge in marine compressors, dryers and nitrogen systems to ensure that proposals are presented in a clear and easy to read manner that conveys relevant, accurate and up-to-date technical information, in a way that half of project engineering done in proposal stage itself.
to use commercial awareness and e_perience to ensure that proposals refer to acceptable commercial terms and accurately represent a limited and approved level of commercial risk project engineering of marine packages & its components for the custom design packages as per customer tender technical specs for local & e_port market against the committed time, cost and quality requirements of tender and contract specifications.
concentrate on consolidated cost pictures & ambition to reduce cost in total package vk.
take the lead to e_pand the e_port business (out of china) and lead these e_port projects in close co-operation with the local customer centers active in marine.
the primary responsibility of this position is to be a strong contributor to the mcc-team for proposal & project activities in start to end approach i.e. stage from proposal submission till project e_ecution with help of gecia.

overall responsibility from proposal to delivery of marine systems means successful initiation, planning, design, e_ecution, monitoring, controlling and closing projects.
the role
?study & analyse customer tender technical specifications for scope, technical requirements, cost estimation sheet, reply to technical queries, commercial terms, etc. with having reference from past e_ecuted tenders.
?prepare all pre- order documents like deviation and clarification list, technical offer, tp
?post order activities like project engineering activities includes preparation of technical documents for submission, follow documents approval cycle, release project bill of material.
?release the package components for procurement & production – bom release.
?e_ecution of project order with customer scope, time & help of gecia team of mechanical & electrical engineers. accompanying, sales team, vendors place for technical meetings.
?prepare and supply documentation as required by the contract . includes, but not limited to, submission and return of approval of drawings, final project manuals, and customized project documentation.
?co-ordination with all cross functional team members for smooth project e_ecution.
?willing to travel mainly within the asian region for short periods.
skills and e_perience
? min. 4 plus years in proposal & project engineering for compressors in general and or marine specific.
?good knowledge in assembly technics and integration.
?e_perience in project management, & engineering .
?must be able to coordination with customer centre, manufacturing, supply chain.
?demonstrated ability to lead and work well in a cross-functional and team environment.
?hands on e_perience in 3d software, office 365 collaboration tools and sap is a benefit.
?solid technical knowledge.
? knowledge of marine class rules and applications is a benefit
