工作內(nèi)容

每一個(gè)page的顧問(wèn)都會(huì)直接負(fù)責(zé)客戶及候選人的維護(hù)及溝通工作,你將有機(jī)會(huì)接觸最一線的企業(yè),最優(yōu)秀的人才,從開(kāi)發(fā)客戶到人才搜尋全鏈條的崗位職責(zé)描述崗位要求工作,主要崗位職責(zé)如下:

-維護(hù)現(xiàn)有客戶,發(fā)掘客戶需求,有針對(duì)性的為客戶匹配合適的崗位職責(zé)描述崗位要求策略及方法;

-根據(jù)客戶委托進(jìn)行人才篩選,通過(guò)電話及面談對(duì)候選人進(jìn)行甄選;
