崗位職責(zé):
負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)接特定海外市場(chǎng)特定項(xiàng)目的全面執(zhí)行、項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度跟蹤及流程管理。負(fù)責(zé)特定客戶日常問(wèn)題的處理及訂單操作。
任職要求:
1、理工科本科畢業(yè),機(jī)械制造及自動(dòng)化專業(yè)優(yōu)先;
2、英語(yǔ)6級(jí)及以上,書面及口語(yǔ)能力突出;
3、兩年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),有制造型工廠相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先;
4、掌握工業(yè)產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)一般流程及過(guò)程控制,圖紙閱讀及管理能力強(qiáng)
5、溝通技巧純熟,過(guò)程跟蹤時(shí)效性高,協(xié)調(diào)執(zhí)行能力強(qiáng)。

新項(xiàng)目開(kāi)發(fā)專員崗位職責(zé)
工作職責(zé):
quality actors and manufacturing operators for suppliers sites to ensure the robustness of the quality trend forecasted through the implementation of appropriate procedures and methods.
ssdl/ sqrl (vehicle project manager): to establish the intervention plan to the suppliers sites and for monitoring the actions decided.
ssd uet manager: to determine the priority of interventions， ensuring the development of skills and monitoring the actions taken
buyers for contributing to the resolution of blockage situations (quality， financial， or capacity)
pfe and li for optimising the product specifications， change management and anpqp convergence
ctp: for using tools/methods/standards
任職要求:
at least 8 years of working e_perience in automotive parts quality development， work e_perience in oem and with e_terior parts will be an advantage
be familiar with apqp， ppap， 8d， pfmea， spc， msa and other quality tools
be familiar with oem new project parts quality development procedure， e_perience with anpqp will be an advantage
can adapt to frequent business trips and work well under great pressure
good english communication including listening， speaking， reading and writing
