協(xié)調(diào)助理崗位職責(zé)
職責(zé)描述:
1.按照公司制度要求,協(xié)助上級(jí)完成商鋪交付事宜;
2.負(fù)責(zé)協(xié)調(diào)租戶裝修相關(guān)協(xié)調(diào)工作;
3. 按公司要求,對(duì)商戶員工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理規(guī)范培訓(xùn),同時(shí)對(duì)租戶進(jìn)行監(jiān)管、指導(dǎo)和考核等工作;
4. 處理租戶各類申請(qǐng)、來(lái)電投訴、咨詢及報(bào)修。
任職資格:
1、大專以上學(xué)歷,具有五年以上商業(yè)地產(chǎn)項(xiàng)目或高檔百貨租戶協(xié)調(diào)及管理經(jīng)驗(yàn);
2、溝通能力較強(qiáng),具有良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)精神及責(zé)任心;
3、具有基本的文件管理經(jīng)驗(yàn),能熟練使用各種辦公軟件(word、e_cel、ppt)。

? ensure the strict application of budget process by all department staff.
? responsible for budget : travels/translations/invitations
? support the matrices circle for department
? collect within department, each uec resource request
? recheck with each project lead with realistic needs
? monthly deployment with finance
? support the headcount and project management for department
? collect within department, each department hc request
? define with department director hiring plan and be_ number with respect to global matrice
? ensure be_ cost on line with drds strategy
? support the e_cellent system (pes) deployment in department.
? lean:
- participate in department progress plan definition and check.
- take into account uec and lean evaluation and assessment
- realize uec audit.
? 5s: ensure 5s deployment in department

職位描述:
崗位職責(zé):
1. 監(jiān)督項(xiàng)目流程執(zhí)行進(jìn)度情況,定期總結(jié)項(xiàng)目數(shù)據(jù)、進(jìn)度匯總并及時(shí)向負(fù)責(zé)人反饋匯報(bào);

職位要求:
1. 全日制本科或以上學(xué)歷,信息技術(shù)相關(guān)專業(yè)(如計(jì)算機(jī)信息、網(wǎng)絡(luò)工程、軟件工程等);
2. 一年以上工作經(jīng)歷,熟悉軟件開發(fā)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)工程、機(jī)房、弱電、視頻監(jiān)控等知識(shí)者優(yōu)先;
3. 具有較好的文檔編制能力;
4. 較強(qiáng)的表達(dá)能力及與客戶溝通能力,良好的分析問(wèn)題和解決問(wèn)題能力,良好的學(xué)習(xí)和創(chuàng)新能力;
5. 責(zé)任心強(qiáng),具有敬業(yè)、團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神;

第5篇 商務(wù)協(xié)調(diào)助理崗位職責(zé)
崗位職責(zé):
1.負(fù)責(zé)市場(chǎng)總監(jiān)所屬客戶的合同執(zhí)行及跟進(jìn)工作。
2.制作客戶檔案,整理客戶信息,并加以分析。
3.匯總工作計(jì)劃,并以此督促銷售人員的執(zhí)行與進(jìn)度。
4.具有較高的文檔編寫能力,協(xié)助團(tuán)隊(duì)制作合同、對(duì)外宣傳資料、標(biāo)書等。
5.對(duì)已接項(xiàng)目的執(zhí)行情況進(jìn)行了解掌握,執(zhí)行滿意度調(diào)查監(jiān)督、客戶投訴的處理監(jiān)督等。
6.處理和協(xié)調(diào)團(tuán)隊(duì)的日常事務(wù)。
7.辦公室日常事務(wù)的管理和監(jiān)督。
崗位要求:
_ 本科或以上學(xué)歷
_ cet-4或以上英文水平
_ 具有一年以上的客服經(jīng)驗(yàn)
_ 能熟練運(yùn)用office等辦公軟件
