職責描述:
1. 負責公司智能硬件產(chǎn)品射頻天線設(shè)計，調(diào)試，優(yōu)化，測試工作;
2. 負責解決智能硬件產(chǎn)品整機天線射頻干擾問題，確保天線性能指標達到設(shè)計要求;
3. 負責新產(chǎn)品試制過程中的技術(shù)確認、工裝設(shè)計、工藝確認及不良現(xiàn)象的分析;

任職要求:
1、通信、電子、物理等理工科專業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷;
2、兩年以上的天線設(shè)計相關(guān)經(jīng)驗，熟悉天線設(shè)計原理;
3、熟練使用常用工程制圖軟件(cad)或其他失量圖繪制工作軟件;
4、熟練掌握hfss、ads、cst等微波仿真軟件任意一種;
5、有責任心，良好的團隊協(xié)作精神，較強的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力。

1、負責收發(fā)組件等微波射頻系統(tǒng)和模塊的設(shè)計策劃、方案制定、論證和風險評估,提出研制各階段工作內(nèi)容、接口、目標、資源等要求,對設(shè)計策劃、方案制定的準確性負責;
2、負責擬定收發(fā)組件等微波射頻模塊系統(tǒng)和模塊的技術(shù)文件、物料采購清單、試制投產(chǎn)指令等,對文件的正確性、齊套性、可行性負責;

4、及時解決收發(fā)組件等微波射頻模塊系統(tǒng)和模塊的實現(xiàn)和使用中出現(xiàn)的設(shè)計問題,對其改進歸零實效性負責;
5、履行公司員工通用職責,執(zhí)行相關(guān)技術(shù)和管理標準。
任職資格:
1、碩士以上學(xué)歷,天線、有源微波等相關(guān)專業(yè),具備本專業(yè)理論知識,具備較強的學(xué)習(xí)能力;
2、從事相關(guān)專業(yè)三年以上,具有微波射頻器件/天線/系統(tǒng)設(shè)計經(jīng)驗,能夠熟練使用電磁仿真軟件;熟悉信號源、頻譜儀、網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析儀等相關(guān)測試儀器儀表;
3、服從部門和團隊同意領(lǐng)導(dǎo),具備良好的溝通交流能力;
4、能適應(yīng)快節(jié)奏、高強度的設(shè)計開發(fā)工作。
