5、健康服務(wù)產(chǎn)品的定義、流程設(shè)計(jì)、服務(wù)內(nèi)容策劃、服務(wù)需求標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制定;

任職資格:

1、健康管理行業(yè)、醫(yī)療等相關(guān)專業(yè),全日制碩士研究生以上學(xué)歷,博士?jī)?yōu)先;

2、有5年以上健康管理行業(yè)研究開發(fā)管理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),了解行業(yè)發(fā)展動(dòng)態(tài),對(duì)產(chǎn)品有足夠熱情,具有創(chuàng)新性的產(chǎn)品思維;

3、具備優(yōu)良的計(jì)劃、組織、控制能力及良好的分析、判斷、計(jì)劃能力,溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力強(qiáng);

4、要求英語(yǔ)六級(jí)以上,良好的聽說(shuō)讀寫能力,口語(yǔ)流利,與外籍專家交流無(wú)障礙。

崗位職責(zé):

1.根據(jù)產(chǎn)品規(guī)劃,控制整個(gè)技術(shù)團(tuán)隊(duì)的交付和品質(zhì),控制開發(fā)整個(gè)過(guò)程及關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)。

1.軟件行業(yè)10年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),有2個(gè)以上大中型軟件成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),至少有10人以上團(tuán)隊(duì)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn);

2.精通java ee相關(guān)技術(shù)和框架,包括springmvc/springboot/remoting/mybatis/cache/messaging/workflow;

3.能熟練使用html、javascript、jquery等技術(shù)進(jìn)行web開發(fā);

provides input and direction to the program team(s) in areas of customer concerns, potential changes in scope and risk assessment.

directs overall performance on the program(s), assuring that the “triple constraint” of cost/scope/schedule is met and resources necessary to achieve this constraint are appropriately identified and communicated.

manage organization and leadership of team(s) in a matri_ environment.

monitors overall performance during all phases of the program(s) and develops and implements corrective action and recovery plans as required.

manage the customer relationship, maintaining customer satisfaction, yet assuring that scope is managed appropriately and contract changes are secured where appropriate.

leads team(s) in identifying, quantifying and mitigating risk.

responsible for overall life-of-the program(s) successful financial performance. maintain and report key metrics for senior management including development program milestone otd and prolaunch status.
