2. 具有海外學(xué)習(xí)或工作經(jīng)歷,或具有外企工作經(jīng)歷。
3. 具有獨(dú)立編制生命科學(xué)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展報(bào)告、發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
4. 具備項(xiàng)目管理經(jīng)驗(yàn),能夠分析項(xiàng)目運(yùn)營效率,并提出整改提升建議。

公司企業(yè)管理部經(jīng)理助理崗位職責(zé)
1、協(xié)助部門經(jīng)理進(jìn)行企業(yè)管理(建章建制,工作流程制定,績效考核),生產(chǎn)調(diào)度管理,計(jì)量管理,合同管理等工作
2、負(fù)責(zé)生產(chǎn)調(diào)度指令和各種輸供氣方案的正確執(zhí)行;

5、協(xié)調(diào)并幫助各單位保持有關(guān)上報(bào)報(bào)表的一致性,統(tǒng)一性;
6、完善統(tǒng)計(jì)工作制度,管理本部門的統(tǒng)計(jì)報(bào)表和統(tǒng)計(jì)資料;
7、及時協(xié)調(diào)或上報(bào)各部門,單位存在的問題,并提出具體措施或建議;
8、參與施工圖設(shè)計(jì)交底工作,積極協(xié)調(diào)處理施工過程中的設(shè)計(jì)變更;
9、參與工程的前期,中期質(zhì)量安全檢查,后期竣工驗(yàn)收以及重要設(shè)備的安裝,調(diào)試,驗(yàn)收工作.
10、組織日常生產(chǎn)調(diào)度工作,協(xié)調(diào)和解決生產(chǎn)中存在的問題;
11、做好統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)字保密工作;

任職要求:
1、全日制本科及以上學(xué)歷,計(jì)算機(jī)相關(guān)專業(yè)。
2、三年或以上管理相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),有成功的部門管理或大型企業(yè)信息化治理經(jīng)驗(yàn)
3、熟練使用office工具,較好的文字處理能力。
4、了解信息化項(xiàng)目管理、信息化審計(jì)、信息化考核相關(guān)知識,具有pmp、cisa、itil等證書者優(yōu)先。
5、作風(fēng)務(wù)實(shí),有較強(qiáng)創(chuàng)新意識,良好的溝通能力和工作責(zé)任心。

- to develop and implement strategy and procedure for reporting, control and communications including status reports, templates, standards and documentation etc.

- good command of construction practices and techniques; title iii of ada, contract laws, project controls, fidic, and building support systems.
- proven development planning and e_ecution e_perience, and able to adapt these skills in a fast paced environment requiring close interaction with clients and colleagues
