職位描述:
崗位職責(zé):
1、產(chǎn)品管理:根據(jù)顧客的偏好調(diào)整商品的系列和種類、商品陳列順序和區(qū)域管理、商品折疊管理、商品返倉(cāng)管理、商品防盜管理、商品庫(kù)房陳列管理、商品轉(zhuǎn)移管理以及協(xié)助銷售數(shù)據(jù)管理等其他的店鋪相關(guān)工作;
2、區(qū)域管理:負(fù)責(zé)相應(yīng)區(qū)域的商品陳列,補(bǔ)貨調(diào)整,確保店面環(huán)境舒適、整潔;
3、員工管理:分管區(qū)域員工儀容儀表,協(xié)助經(jīng)理做好員工工作安排,培訓(xùn)并激勵(lì)分管區(qū)域的員工,協(xié)助經(jīng)理進(jìn)行團(tuán)隊(duì)工作時(shí)間及休假安排;
4、完成上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他任務(wù)。
崗位要求:
1、20 歲以上,大專及以上相關(guān)學(xué)歷;
2、具備1年以上零售行業(yè)相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn);
3、熟悉服裝產(chǎn)品;熟悉服裝賣場(chǎng)陳列或者擅長(zhǎng)商品數(shù)據(jù)分析;
4、具有高度的敬業(yè)精神,頭腦靈活,具有團(tuán)隊(duì)精神;
5、吃苦耐勞,能承受較大的工作壓力;
6、具備良好的溝通,協(xié)調(diào)及團(tuán)隊(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力;
7、擅于處理各種客戶需求;
8、普通話標(biāo)準(zhǔn),并具備一定的英文溝通能力。
工作時(shí)間:每周工作五天,排班輪休制,每天工作八小時(shí),分早中晚三個(gè)班次

職位描述:
key responsibilities:
? ensure that the brand center activation program comes to life each season in line with the product and brand stories – includes in-store communication, events, etc.
? create content relevant and in line to the adidas brand, local key city strategy and the brand center.
? drive the elements of community connectivity within the key city store by networking with local running, training and streetwear communities and establishing relationships with key consumers and influencers.
? organize and host events both in- and out-of store.
? be a knowledge e_pert on both the sports and streetwear scene and the adidas brand (past, present and future), and develop methods to share this knowledge with the other brand center staff.
? serve as a cultural/sports beacon within the brand center; this roll will not have a direct focus on selling product.

requisite education and e_perience / minimum qualifications:

1、根據(jù)董事會(huì)提出的要求制定戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo),提出公司的業(yè)務(wù)規(guī)劃、經(jīng)營(yíng)方針和經(jīng)營(yíng)形式,經(jīng)董事會(huì)確定后組織實(shí)施;

5、 定期主持召開(kāi)購(gòu)物廣場(chǎng)例會(huì),及時(shí)解決,協(xié)調(diào)公司內(nèi)部的問(wèn)題(經(jīng)營(yíng)要點(diǎn))。
6、 監(jiān)督各個(gè)部門預(yù)算的執(zhí)行和成本費(fèi)用控制;
7、審批,梳理和優(yōu)化購(gòu)物廣場(chǎng)各種規(guī)章制度和審批流程,建立規(guī)范化制度流程體系和成功經(jīng)營(yíng)模式;
8、加強(qiáng)購(gòu)物廣場(chǎng)管理,監(jiān)管購(gòu)物廣場(chǎng)經(jīng)營(yíng)狀況及各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)完成情況;
9、處理購(gòu)物廣場(chǎng)的各種突發(fā)性事務(wù),協(xié)助商業(yè)公司對(duì)購(gòu)物廣場(chǎng)進(jìn)行管理性工作。

職位要求:
1.教育背景:企業(yè)管理、工商管理、行政管理等相關(guān)專業(yè)大學(xué)本以上學(xué)歷。
2.經(jīng) 驗(yàn):10年以上企業(yè)(商業(yè)地產(chǎn))管理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),至少3年店副總以上全面管理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
3.知識(shí)及技能:熟悉企業(yè)管理、市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷等相關(guān)知識(shí),具有很強(qiáng)的協(xié)調(diào)、應(yīng)變、溝通、協(xié)調(diào)、談判能力。
