職位描述：
崗位主要工作內(nèi)容：
1. 負責完成并交付新項目相應(yīng)的功能標定；
2. 負責完成降成本或質(zhì)量改善相應(yīng)的功能標定驗證工作；
3. 負責對供應(yīng)商標定的技術(shù)管理；
4. 負責標定相應(yīng)質(zhì)量問題的技術(shù)牽頭，包括現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)及售后；
5. 負責對整車及質(zhì)量等外部門的標定技術(shù)支持。
專業(yè)知識/技能要求：

2年以上汽車發(fā)動機領(lǐng)域工作經(jīng)驗；熟悉發(fā)動機及汽油機電子控制系統(tǒng)；有發(fā)動機標定經(jīng)驗或發(fā)動機質(zhì)量處理經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先；
3. 計算機應(yīng)用熟練；外語良好，能閱讀外文資料和在工作中交流。
4. 工作認真嚴謹，適應(yīng)多項目并行和團隊協(xié)作。'
第2篇 發(fā)動機標定工程師崗位職責要求
1.電控系統(tǒng)開發(fā)匹配設(shè)計。
2.發(fā)動機整體性能參數(shù)估算。
3.發(fā)動機臺架標定。
4.整車標定。
5.線束設(shè)計、連接。
第3篇 發(fā)動機標定工程師崗位職責
發(fā)動機標定工程師 develop the knowledge base of caterpillar’s products, technologies, processes, services and systems, which you will use to:
- learn and follow caterpillar engine rating development & calibration process and procedure.
- work on engine performance and emission development project, engine rating development, meet customer request, and meet china or global regional regulations
- conduct of engine performance test e_ecution, understand the diesel engine test techniques
- create engine test plan, analyze test data, optimize engine performance and emission calibration to meet engineering target, create engineering report
- summarize and communicate results via presentation to global customers, team members, and other business units regularly by means of tele-conference meetings
- assist to contribute to the engine development of new products and processes
required qualifications:
- bachelor’s degree or above in an accredited engineering, internal combustion engines, thermal energy, vehicle engineering or equivalent.
- good knowledge of internal combustion engine structure, engine performance, engine test, engine validation.
- e_cellent in problem analysis and solving skill
