第1篇 發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)及燃油系統(tǒng)研發(fā)工程師(高科技板塊)崗位職責(zé)描述崗位要求

職位描述:

1、崗位描述:

(1)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)選型、安裝設(shè)計(jì)、控制接口協(xié)議定義分析;

(2)燃油系統(tǒng)燃油順序分析、接口控制定義分析;

(3)設(shè)備的選型論證。

2、崗位要求:

(1)本科以上學(xué)歷,動(dòng)力相關(guān)專業(yè)

(2)年齡:40歲以下

(3)3年以上飛行器和航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)、燃油系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)

(4)熟悉航空動(dòng)力系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)等專業(yè)知識(shí);

(5)具備良好的溝通能力和團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作精神,嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)墓ぷ鲬B(tài)度與高質(zhì)量意識(shí)。

第2篇 發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)工程師崗位職責(zé)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)工程師職責(zé)任職要求

發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)工程師崗位職責(zé)

發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)工程師 applies developing knowledge of engineering principles and practices to assigned tasks in the design, development, analysis and release of products and subsystems through the product life cycle. assists in creating design specifications considering application, cost, weight, performance, product life, manufacture, assembly and service. verifies design using analysis and or functional testing, interprets results, drives decisions and assesses risk. works with other engineering disciplines and cross-functional disciplines to resolve product issues. evaluates customer needs and aligns requirements with identified customer e_pectations.

uses prescribed, established methods, and works under direct guidance.

participates as a team member.

learns team roles and how to contribute towards team goals.

carries out defined and partially defined tasks.

learns and applies basic knowledge of an engineering discipline.

applies engineering and/or scientific skills and develops e_perience in creating engineering solutions.

cross-functional design review - cross-functional design reviews are a series of in-depth and disciplined sessions that bring broad cross-functional e_perience to bear on designs/or process approaches and details. able to apply the cross-functional design review procedure with limited guidance.

dimensional variation analysis - developing understanding of inputs and outputs of a dimensional variation analysis (dva), knowledge of geometric dimensioning/ relationships, comparison to monte-carlo simulation and able to interpret the dva results and use them to iteratively optimize the design.

geometric dimensioning & tolerancing - understanding basic principles of geometric dimensioning & tolerancing (gd&t) to include: correctly interpret dimensioning/ tolerancing methods, understanding of the terms, rules, symbols, and concepts of gd&t as prescribed in the asme y14.5m-1994.

product structure - product structure involves an understanding of the rationale around the identification of product items and the methodology for structuring this information into saleable, manufacturable and serviceable product. users are e_pected to demonstrate proficiency in understanding and applying product structure rules such as item compatibilities, dependencies and relationships.

design for manufacturing and assembly - understands the underlying principles, techniques and procedures design for manufacturing and assembly appropriately as part of work. performs/could perform design for manufacturing and assembly effectively.

education, licenses, certifications

bachelor of science, or equivalent degree in engineering required.

e_perience

minimal relevant e_perience desired.

1、負(fù)責(zé)新車型附件系統(tǒng)總成及相關(guān)零部件的設(shè)計(jì)和開發(fā)工作;

2、負(fù)責(zé)特殊合同車型附件系統(tǒng)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā);

3、負(fù)責(zé)汽車新技術(shù)、新材料、新方法在公司產(chǎn)品上應(yīng)用的研究;

任職條件:

1、大學(xué)本科及以上學(xué)歷,熟悉新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)全過程,知識(shí)全面;

2、3年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)歷;

3、具有較強(qiáng)的機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)專業(yè)知識(shí)及汽車或車輛工程的專業(yè)知識(shí);

4、熟練使用計(jì)算機(jī)及cad軟件,具有較強(qiáng)的英語交流能力。
