財務(wù)合規(guī)經(jīng)理崗位職責(zé)

工作職責(zé):

1、以業(yè)務(wù)為導(dǎo)向,擬定各類業(yè)務(wù)核算細(xì)則及指導(dǎo)規(guī)范;

2、負(fù)責(zé)稽核各科目核算使用的正確性、規(guī)范性及用友財務(wù)維護(hù)優(yōu)化等工作,復(fù)核會計憑證并指導(dǎo)相關(guān)崗位及時修正;

3、及時反饋核算中的共性問題,對補(bǔ)充新業(yè)務(wù)進(jìn)行培訓(xùn)指導(dǎo),替換不適用規(guī)則;

4、負(fù)責(zé)月度結(jié)賬,出具相關(guān)報表,會計報表整套復(fù)核,確保數(shù)字準(zhǔn)確、報送及時,滿足外部財務(wù)信息需求;

5、填報或復(fù)核統(tǒng)計、稅務(wù)類報表并及時維護(hù)報表項目;

6、負(fù)責(zé)單體報表全盤詳細(xì)分析,財務(wù)報表審計、稅審等底稿的填報或復(fù)核及其他往來、關(guān)聯(lián)單位往來、交易等業(yè)務(wù)的相關(guān)核算;

7、編寫新員工培訓(xùn)資料;

任職資格:

1、會計及相關(guān)專業(yè)本科以上學(xué)歷,具備會計從業(yè)資格、中級以上會計職稱,cpa資格優(yōu)先,四大或大型企業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先,3年以上工作經(jīng)歷;

2、具備較強(qiáng)的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力、強(qiáng)烈的責(zé)任心和認(rèn)真細(xì)致的工作作風(fēng);

3、可以接受定期出差,英語可作為工作語言。

? review company financial reports and seek ways to reduce costs.

? ensure the accounting activities managed in accordance with accounting principles and comply with all relevant ta_ laws and regulations that affect the industry. these activities may include accounts payable and receivable; general ledger maintenance; financial analysis and reporting; budgeting, revenue, and asset accounting.

? analyze market trends to find opportunities for e_pansion, and help management make financial decisions.

? support headquarters and superior for ad hoc projects as necessary.

the incumbent

? bachelor degree or above in accounting or related disciplines.

? 8+ years overall combined accounting and finance e_perience, from which 5+ years management e_perience.

? cpa or cma preferred.

? thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.

? e_perience with manufacturing business preferred.

? e_cellent accounting software user and administration skills.

? audit e_perience preferred but not necessary.

? knowledge of erp systems.
